Waterproofed the basement by installing the Grate Drain system , which is a perimeter, sub floor drainage system. The Level Two Ground Water Control system was also installed, which features a closed sump system and a water alarm. Thermal Finish Shield was installed to create a vapor barrier and protect against mold and mildew. These systems will stop all water leakage the customer was previously experiencing and prevent this from happening in the future.

Installed Grate Drain perimeter system and the Level Two Ground Water Control system. The level two system features a closed sump system, water alarm, and more. Thermal Finish Shield was installed to seal off wall and protect against moisture, mold, and mildew. A Crack injection was also performed to permanently seal crack and prevent it from leaking in the future.
