Carol called because her basement walls were cracking and water would trickle into the basement. The basement is not finished and she only uses it for storage. The water would go to the drain but she didn't like the smell coming from the basement. It's a poured basement and she has a working sump pump. It appears the water is coming in through the rod holes.
