Basement Waterproofing of Michigan installed space support jacks to lift up the sagging floors. We installed two-inch foam board with spray foam along the perimeter and 90 mil thick Crawl Shield Elite Encapsulation System to seal the earth and its elements from her home. We also installed Crawl Shield Elite Silver siding on the walls to cover all the seams on the foam board. This siding reflects 97% of the heat back into the crawl space. BWM also installed a full perimeter drainage system and discharge line to ensure the water ran to the Grate sump pump we had installed. The Grate Sump Pump Ms. Kasimecek chose, comes with a Power Inverter Battery Back-Up which kicks in if her power ever goes out.
