BWM injected two cracks in the customers basement, from end-to-end. We also injected six rod holes that had been leaking. Lastly, we installed a full wall crack shield on the large crack that went to the floor. To do this, we broke out the concrete in front of the crack and removed it. We dug down to expose the footing. Sealed the crack with epoxy. Next, we installed a carbon fiber mesh to strengthen the wall. We installed white wall panel to seal off the repair and to redirect moisture under the floor. Last, we back-filled with gravel and re-concrete the space. The crack injection and crack shield are covered under a transferable warranty.

These are the before and after pictures of some of the rod holes and crack injections that needed to be repaired in our customers basement. We also installed a full wall, crack shield to protect from rod hole leaks in the future.

BWM sent our specialized crack injection crew to stop the water from coming into the home. We also broke out the base of their fireplace, to expose the footing. Then we installed White Wall Panel to seal off repair and redirect moisture under the floor. We back filled with gravel and concrete to repair the floor.

Waterproofed the basement by installing the Fast Pump, sump pump system. The Grate Drain perimeter system was installed to help move water to the sump pump to waterproof the basement. Thermal Finish Sheild was installed to create a vapor barrier, save energy, and protect against mold and mildew. With the installation of these system the basement will be waterproofed and water will no longer come into the home.
