Home built in 1968 has water coming in during heavy rains where the wall meets the floor. The home has a cinder block foundation and an unfinished basement. They are interested in having their home waterproofed.

Solutions Provided:

Waterproofed the basement by installing the Fast Pump, sump pump system. The Grate Drain perimeter system was installed to help move water to the sump pump to waterproof the basement. Thermal Finish Sheild was installed to create a vapor barrier, save energy, and protect against mold and mildew. With the installation of these system the basement will be waterproofed and water will no longer come into the home.
