Why did the customer contact us?
We contacted Basement Waterproofing of Michigan because our older home, built in the early 1960's, had a crack in the wall next to our fireplace. Water was leaking through the crack when it rained hard or rained for long periods of time outside. Our basement is unfinished with a concrete floor and no drywall up.

BWM sent our specialized crack injection crew to stop the water from coming into the home. We also broke out the base of their fireplace, to expose the footing. Then we installed White Wall Panel to seal off repair and redirect moisture under the floor. We back filled with gravel and concrete to repair the floor.
