Why did the customer contact us?
When we arrived to this customers home, there were active leaks in the basement wall. It is a poured, concrete, unfinished basement. As noted by the pictures, there were two visible cracks and several rod holes that were leaking. The customer had some of the rod holes previously filled but they had started leaking again. We recommended not only filling the cracks but to also install the full-wall crack shield to eliminate more rod holes producing leaks in the future.

BWM injected two cracks in the customers basement, from end-to-end. We also injected six rod holes that had been leaking. Lastly, we installed a full wall crack shield on the large crack that went to the floor. To do this, we broke out the concrete in front of the crack and removed it. We dug down to expose the footing. Sealed the crack with epoxy. Next, we installed a carbon fiber mesh to strengthen the wall. We installed white wall panel to seal off the repair and to redirect moisture under the floor. Last, we back-filled with gravel and re-concrete the space. The crack injection and crack shield are covered under a transferable warranty.
