Why did the customer contact us?
Ms. Hodor previously had a system installed by another company that continued to fail. The previous company came back out to her home and installed finger drains in the center of her floor and multi-clean outs which is an open system. There were two sump pumps installed, which were open, and not sealed. Within the system and sump pumps, there was iron bacteria that was spreading rapidly and it began to clog the open system.
