After every rainfall, Ms. Smalkowski was having water seep through two walls in her basement. She was a senior and every time it would rain, she would spend a significant amount of time mopping up the water in her basement. Ms. Smalkowski's basement had been finished for 30 years with paneling, built-in shelves, and a bar. The paneling could not be saved because of the mold and water damages that had accumulated over the years.

Basement Waterproofing of Michigan's installers removed and hauled away all of the moldy paneling. They installed a fully closed Grate Drain Perimeter with full wall product, and one grate sump pump.
The following weekend after the installation, we had a big rain storm. She gave us a call to let us know the system was working wonders and how excited she was that she no longer had to worry about mopping up her basement!
