Westland home built in the 1950's has water leaking in the home. There is no sump pump currently installed in their home. They had a quote from a different company mentioning that they need drain tile to fix their problem.

Although the previous company melted installing drain tile, we installed the grate drain system to waterproof the basement. The Grate Sump, sump pump was also installed as well as a layer of Thermal Finish Shield along the walls. The Thermal Finish Shield will create a barrier for moisture, mold, and mildew.
