Troy homeowner called because they found multiple cracks in their unfinished basement. Their home was built in 1976 and they have a poured concrete foundation. Water coming in through the cracks during heavy rainfall and they are looking to get these areas repaired.

To fix the cracks in the home, we performed two crack injections. These injections fill the cracks from top to bottom sealing them, preventing any future water leaking in. Accordingly, we also repaired two rod holes so water does not leak through there as well.
