Removal of a stamped concrete patio that was installed too high and resulted in water entering the basement. The foundation was then waterproofed and drains installed both next to the foundation and approx 15 ft out from the foundation to protect from future problems. Most of the work was done in January (one of the coldest days of the year) to prevent the problem, with follow up and final grading in spring after the thaw.
