Why did the customer contact us?
Richard and Julie called because their basement is leaking through cracks in the walls and they noticed mold growing on their drywall. The basement is a poured, finished space. They have a working sump pump. They use this space frequently. They were using towels to try to keep the basement dry but it wasn't working. They called a couple different companies to get quotes.

We gave Richard and Julie two estimates. One to just inject the cracks that were leaking. Another estimate for our complete sub floor Grate Drain Perimeter Drainage System. They chose to go with the complete system because they didn't want to deal with future water issues in their basement. We cut into the drywall and installed the wall shield and flexi-flange to tie the vapor barrier into the drainage system. We also installed a 1/3hp sump pump. We back filled the system with gravel and then cement. We also warranty the Grate Drain system for the life of the home. The warranty is transferable to a new homeowner.
