Sandy contacted us because she had water coming into her basement where the wall meets the ceiling. Her home was built in 1973. She has a poured concrete foundation and no sump pump. Upon arrival, we figured out the water was coming in through the rod holes where the basement was poured. She found us online when she did a search for basement leaking.

We injected the rod holes so she would not have any further leakage in those areas. This was a fairly quick and easy task. Sandy seemed happy that she would not be cleaning up water from her basement any longer.
